PEMS App is a tool developed by QSD-ANAS S.p.A for the evaluation of the performances of Ashghal Road Projects and the Key Supply Chain Partners in the State of Qatar. Four Categories are assessed as follows:
Project Performance: Percentage of compliance of the relevant KPI for the selected project;
Contractor Performance: Percentage of compliance of the relevant KPI for the selected contractor;
Supplier Performance: Percentage of compliance of the relevant KPI for the selected supplier;
Program Performance: Percentage of compliance of the relevant KPI for the selected program.
